Dry clean only—do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray, and other chemicals.
Do not apply direct heat; iron at a low temperature with a protective cloth between the iron and the silk. Avoid direct pressure on the hand-rolled edges.
Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For prolonged storage, place acid-free tissue paper between the folds.

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of perfume or cosmetics, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email iade@laqlaqistanbul.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label — returns are free. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and refunded to your original payment method. Exchanges are also possible — simply let us know your preferred design.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days, and we will arrange a free return and item exchange or a full refund. Items with signs of wear, odor, stains, or missing original tags/packaging cannot be returned.
